When you book a lab test, we collect: full name, age and sex of the patient(s), phone/WhatsApp number, email, home address and emirate, Emirates ID (optional), preferred appointment date and time, and selected test package(s). When you place a pharmacy order, we collect: your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email, delivery address and emirate, the products ordered, and — for prescription-required items — the prescription image you upload. If you submit a product review, we collect the review text and rating you provide. Online payments are processed securely by a third-party payment gateway. We do not collect, store, or have access to your card details or any sensitive financial information on this website. Choosing Cash on Visit (lab bookings) or Cash on Delivery (pharmacy orders) involves no card or bank details at all.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information solely for the following purposes: • To process your online payment and confirm your booking or order • To coordinate home sample collection at your address • To verify and dispatch pharmacy orders, including having a licensed pharmacist review prescription uploads for prescription-required items • To deliver pharmacy orders to your address • To send your lab results via WhatsApp • To contact you regarding your appointment, order, or prescription • To improve our services We do not use your information for marketing without your explicit consent.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your information may be shared only with: • Our certified phlebotomists and lab staff, strictly for service delivery • Our accredited laboratory partner for processing test results • Our pharmacist and delivery staff, strictly to verify and fulfil pharmacy orders We will never share your information with any party outside of service delivery without your consent, unless required by UAE law or a competent authority.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your booking and order information is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
6. Lab Results
Lab results are delivered directly to you via WhatsApp. Results are not stored permanently on our website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any results shared with you. We recommend consulting a qualified doctor to interpret your results.
7. Prescription Uploads
Images you upload for prescription-required pharmacy items are used solely to verify and dispense your order, and are only accessed by our licensed pharmacist and authorised staff involved in fulfilling that order. They are retained only for as long as needed to fulfil your order and to meet any applicable pharmacy record-keeping obligations, and are never used for any other purpose.
